I’m sure we are all in agreement that was a decent bounce back to FPL form! Well, not me but I’ll get onto that later. A big lesson to be learnt… Just a quick one this week, but for those unaware we have a decent break before the next game!
Hello and welcome to another edition of the News Wrap. What a horrid week it was last weekend, not one of my players scored above 2 points…. Absolutely abysmal! I don’t know about anyone else but I’m hoping for a much better week this weekend! All English clubs are now out of Europe after Arsenal, Manchester City and Everton were eliminated from their respective competitions during the week. There is some good news however, with another double gameweek on the horizon, this time for our QPR and Aston Villa player’s next gameweek (gameweek 32). Before that however, we must turn our attention to this weeks fixtures. Let’s take a look! Continue reading
Forget about the DGW on the horizon, I’m more concerned about bouncing back from last week’s debacle!!! Remember that Villa and QPR blank just 2 gameweeks after their double, bear that in mind when trading. GW 29 was a write off, let’s hope our guns can deliver us some healthy double points this week! Painful. So painful. The FPL gods threw us one of “them” weeks, immediately after the joy of the previous one. I actually don’t recall one this bad? Let’s just put it behind us and look to planning for some tempting weeks coming up.

Hello and welcome to another edition of the News Wrap. We’re fresh off a double gameweek which, for most, was successful if you played it safe and captained the Kane Train. Chelsea’s double gameweek has also been announced, with their catch-up game being played in gameweek 34 against Arsenal and Leicester away. With the return of European football during the week there always is news regarding injuries and form, let’s take a look ahead of a big gameweek 29! Continue reading
Bang! DGWs are awesome… Kane made up for his goalless game with a sensational brace against QPR and a 30 point GW (for most of us?)! There was rotation as expected however. Rose missed the second game, but we could deal with it after his 8 points in the first. Chadli came back in for Lamela, and performed, which hurts. Eriksen played most minutes, but being greedy, we’d have liked more than one assist. Dier played both too, but the lack of cleanies meant he scored the minimum. All in all, the 100 point holy grail was within reach for some which has to be the target for DGWs…
